Dingo Maintenance Systems’ New Division to Serve Customers in Eastern U.S.

This month, we announced the opening of our new Eastern Division, which will focus on serving U.S. mining operations east of the Mississippi River. Eric Martin, formerly Dingo senior project manager for North American Operations, and a third-generation coal miner from Kentucky, will serve as Eastern Division general manager.

“With the experienced leadership of Eric Martin,” said President Paul Higgins, “we'll bring excellent customer service to miners in the eastern U.S., offering them local access to our seasoned experts -- particularly important in today's tight labor market, where many experts are retiring.”

Chuck Lyons, maintenance manager for Peabody Energy's Vermillion Grove mine in Ridge Farm, Illinois, has experienced Dingo's customer service. "Dingo's services already have helped us avoid costly breakdowns and lost production on conveyor belts and underground mining equipment,” said Lyons. ”Trakka™ software and Condition Intelligence™ are key factors in our improved condition monitoring program."

“I'm looking forward to helping Eastern customers save time and money by introducing Dingo's top-quality products and services, including CBAM,” said Martin. “CBAM arms customers with the information they need to make daily, informed decisions on equipment conditions avoid catastrophic, in-service failures.
