Condition Intelligence™ provides cost effective maintenance planning via the internet, so your people can focus on the action required to keep the equipment running.  By spreading the cost of an expert planner over multiple locations, customers can obtain the benefits at a fraction of the cost.
Our seasoned planning experts convert lab oil analysis data into detailed work order instructions for maintenance mechanics and e-mail these within 24 hours of receiving a sample.  These are specific to makes and models and in many cases include detailed photographs to illustrate work procedures.  Follow up phone calls ensure that things don’t slip through the cracks.
In order to keep the costs down, the service is sold in blocks of 100 components, meaning customers can choose as much or as little as they want.
The service can provide flexibility for when planners are on leave, or in transition periods where new staff are coming or going.  It is also suited to smaller locations who may have limited in-house expertise.
