Dingo Software Pty Ltd announces formation
of Dingo Mining; new executive appointments
Recently, Dingo Software Pty Ltd announced the formation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Dingo Mining. Dingo has long been viewed as a leader in the mining industry, helping to trail blaze effective tools for maintenance programs and increase asset availability. In fact, eight of the largest mining companies in the world today use Dingo programs!
The formation of Dingo Mining will allow Dingo to continue to develop solutions tailored particularly for the mining industry and its specific issues. Dingo already has a proven track record in the industry and its employees have many years' combined experience in the mines and in maintenance practices, and in the industry as a whole. Because of this, Dingo Mining is equipped to speak the language fundamentally related to the mining industry.
Dingo's customers enjoy the personalized attention they have always received from their representatives and having a team which is solely focused on their needs will provide a singular focus for the customers as well as facilitate the continued development of highly specialized programs for their specific needs. With Dingo Mining located in major mining hubs around the world, they are uniquely positioned to be on-site and available to their customers as needed.
In support of this new business focus, Dingo Mining also announced several changes to its leadership team, which were effective January 1, 2012.
Steve Bradbury was promoted to President, Dingo Mining. In his new role, Steve is responsible for all aspects of program development and delivery to Dingo's global mining customers. For the past five years, Steve has served as Dingo's Chief Operating Officer and has led the international operations team of maintenance experts. Under Steve's operational leadership, Dingo's Condition Based Asset Management software and training programs have been adopted by mining operations in four countries. A mining engineer by education, Steve has a broad background in mining operations, EPC, and service businesses, especially in the mining industry.
Reporting to Steve, Brantley Griffith has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Sales for Dingo Mining with responsibility for Dingo Mining's global sales team. As a Senior Sales Manager for Dingo, Brant was responsible for the 2006 launch of Condition Based Asset Management for mining and the development of major business relationships with many large mining companies throughout North America.
Also reporting to Steve and leading the regional operations teams, Chuck Tollman has taken on the role of Operations Manager, North America while Don Kerr was also recently appointed Operations Manager, Asia Pacific. Chuck has been with Dingo for five years and most recently served as Senior Program Manager, contributing significantly to Dingo's successes in western North America. Don joined Dingo four months ago and brings to the team a broad background in business and program management.
Regarding Dingo's increased focus on its mining business and the addition of new executive positions, Mr. Bradbury said, "The creation of Dingo Mining will bring focus to Dingo's software, maintenance expertise and delivery to our largest client base in mining. The newly appointed Dingo Mining management team will lead our strong and growing group of mining maintenance professionals in our ascent to becoming the industry standard for condition management tools and expertise in the mining sector."
